This project will combine the resources of the Maxwell Middle School Outdoor Club, the TUSD Educational Enrichment Foundation and the Sierra Club Inner City Outings Program to provide the participants with a positive, enriching local wilderness experience. The Maxwell Middle School Outdoor Club was established in 2005 for the purpose of exposing the students with the outdoors and encouraging exercise through hiking.
