Cooking Healthy

This club is all about the things that i do keep healthy and fit. I would like to share this method with others. To do this i would develop an after school fitness club that meets two days a week for at least four months that allows my peers to learn about cooking healthy, eating right, and planning and develpoing a realistc and individual fitness program. My students would learn how to add fitness routines into their schedules, how to pack a healthy meal on the go, while eating the things they like.
