Goal Setting as Part of a Better You

In order to keep our lives in balance requires a little bit of time to step back and adire it for a second. What do we have going for us? What is important to us? To those around us which we love? Our lives have us juggled around a number of things. Work/ School, family/friends/relationships, religion, exercise, hobbies, and of course every day round the house things. Whenever we boil down to it, it seems that making healthy choices during all of this is impossible. Really and truly, it isn't.
