Flowers for the Arts

Here's the plan: We're going to grow a large plot of cut flowers this spring, organically - without pesticides, chemicals, etc.. Mid-summer, we'll get a spot in the local farmers' market and sell the flowers in mixed and make-your-own bouquets. All profits we earn will be donated to The Washington Community Arts and Cultural Center (Wash Arts), in Washington, PA.

Operation: Save The Music

Through a series of concerts ranging from rock music to jazz and everything in between use the concerts as a mean of music appreciation. Raise money through the concerts to be donated to the music programs of schools. Also, concerts for younger students to educate them of music and gain an awareness of band. Take older high school students to set up "work shops" to work one on one with youth to help them gain an interest in music.
