Flamingnet Book Reviews (www.flamingnet.com) was created in 2002 by my father and me. When I was in fifth grade, I became a voracious reader. This led us to combine my reading with his hobby, computer programming. Gradually I wrote reviews on the books that I read, and my father posted these on the web. National publishers and authors of young adult literature, after seeing my reviews, began asking me to review their books.
