The organization involved is called Leadership Dynamics. It is a unique program offering students the chance to develop and discover their leadership skills. We learn about the dynamics of a group and how to work with others toward a common goal. Students involved learn to strengthen their communication skills and leadership abilities. The goal of the program is to encourage students to actively participate in the betterment of their school, city, and area communities.
