Farm Safety Awareness (FSA)

Waco Phipps survived a serious farm accident that nearly cost him his life and created Farm Safety Awareness (FSA) to help prevent the 32,800 annual youth injuries on farms. He convinced Nebraska's Governor to sign a proclamation declaring a Rural Health and Safety Week. In addition to promoting his cause through public speaking, Waco designs many safety displays to teach others about the dangers of machinery. Waco won a BRICK Award in 2005.
