wipe out junk food

This plan involves the clearing of soda machines and vending machines loaded with junk food. Instead, we could work a deal with a health food brand to stock the campus machines with healthy snacks and drinks. They'd be located in all high-traffic areas. One big reason students don't eat healthy is because of the cost of healthy food. For a broke student, the 1.50 Pepsi is more appeasing than the 2.50 Odwalla juice. Another facet of this plan is to negotiate with the companies to offer the snacks at a reduced price. It won't be so low that they won't profit, maybe a bit above wholesale.
