We have already obtained a $500 grant from the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney and 300 disaster preparedness booklets from the Hawaiian Electric Light Company. Our table at KTA (local supermarket) will feature a presentation board with tips on how to be prepared in the face of various emergencies. We will also be distributing the HELCO disaster preparedness booklets. We are also providing a recommended list of items that can be used to assemble a preparedness kit.
