Founded in the spring of 2007, the Middletown Youth Radio Project (MYRP) is the only program of its kind in Central Connecticut. Through a collaborative project with WESU FM 88.1, more than 12 youth -ages 9 to 16- have participated in the project, learning audio production and radio DJ skills, as well as other aspects of producing a collaborative weekly radio show, such as teamwork and self-reliance.
