Matthew Gawors’ Eagle Scout Proposition I, Matthew Gawors, plan to improve the conditions of the Middletown Storefront of Family Empowerment. The Storefront is located on Canal Street underneath the storage areas. My goal is to make that area look welcoming and pleasing to the eye. This project will cost roughly $500.
