During the countdown to Election Day, especially during the final hours, it’s not uncommon for voters to be bombarded with confusing e-mails and disturbing phone calls, all aimed at keeping people from voting. But in this presidential race, where a black man is the projected winner by many polls, some of the deceit has a decidedly racist bent.
