(From our web site) Mission Statement: To provide goods and services to Idaho's needy regardless of gender, age, religious background, handicap, ethnic background or income. Why we started: We recognize that people with need, temporary or otherwise, may not meet eligibility requirements for local, state or federal assistance. We aim to fill that gap. The majority of the members in our organization are ordinary people who have been in unforseen circumstances who have a complete understanding of what it means to need help. Sometimes we received help, sometimes we didn't.
