Without Borders at the University of Houston (EWB-UH) is a chapter of the nonprofit humanitarian organization, EWB-USA, that partners with developing communities worldwide to in order to improve their quality of life through sustainable engineering projects (http://www.ewb-usa.org). Our fledgling chapter is starting a maiden project in Congregacion Cieneguilla, Tamaulipas, Mexico. We are in the initial stages of planning the assessment trip, projected for June 2008, to survey the community's water needs and perform water tests.
