For so long many teens especially have went around using the quote " What You Don't Know Can't Hurt You" repeatedly. This quote has proven to be true personally in my life. Growing up and learning of the deaths of my loved ones deat was a sad experience but what turned to be even sadder is once I hit my teenage years I found out that a few of them had died of AIDS. What I didn't know did hurt me. AIDS is an ever growing issue in our society yet people try to stray from discussing it.
