NEXT Steps is a ten-course youth entrepreneur business development internship program that uses the current corporate programs and promotions of The Community Involvement Growth Strategy, Inc. (CIGS Inc.) and incorporates the CIGS Inc. Strategic Organization Model, to provide active application of business plan development and event management skills to young entrepreneurs in order to benefit and contribute towards their community's economic development goals.
