As captain of my school’s cheerleading squad, we collaborated with our rival school to have our two cheerleading teams play each other in a game of basketball. We sold tickets competitively so that for every 10 tickets the squad sold ($40), the squad gained 2 bonus points. I was able to organize the even so that everyone’s time was donated (announcers, chaperones, ticket sellers, referees…).
