Do Something 101’s campaign scores an A+

You came. You saw. You donated.

Ever since Do Something and Staples kicked off the Do Something 101 campaign with spokesperson Jordin Sparks’ public service announcement appearing everywhere from Channel One to Z100’s Zootopia (not to mention a print version in celebrity bible People magazine), the school supplies for less privileged students have been pouring in.

California hasn't seen the last of us yet!

Last Thursday was the Do Something 101 event at The Staples Center in Los Angeles! Jordin Sparks, spokesperson of Do Something 101 was there, along with Varsity Fan Club, and HSM3’s KayCee Stroh!

The day was a huge success, with 150 Los Angeles kids coming out to
volunteer to stuff backpacks with $50,000 worth of school supplies
donated by Staples! The supplies will go to kids who can’t afford to
buy them.

After watching the sunrise over Salt Lake City, production company owner Ben Higginson proposed to actress KayCee Stoh, who plays Martha Cox in High School Musical, the third installment of which is currently filming. He gave her a single red rose and a princess-cut diamond ring with pave diamonds on the side. Gorgeous!
