Denver goes green for the DNC!

CGG has arrived! We're here at the 2008 Democratic National Convention in beautiful

Denver, and as promised, it's the greenest convention in history!

The city has been working hard for months to have Denver glowing Green for the DNC, and they've registered over 450 green business vendors for the event!

We can't seem to get very far without spotting a recycling bin, or being offered a reusable water bottle at one of the various stations throughout the convention.

Aimee Teegarden of NBC’s “Friday Night Lights” is one of the bubbliest gals we’ve ever met. And she’s also one of the most passionate ladies we’ve ever encountered when it comes to animal rights. The girl knows her stuff.

After learning in her biology class about parasite problems, Miya decided to act and founded Pure Water to Panama. With her team they will build a water purifier in the U.S. and transport it to Panama, with the $3,000 she has already raised in various fundraisers.
