VH1's Save The Music Foundation and DoSomething.org and have joined forces to create Battle of the Bands, a contest designed to engage teens around the topic of salvaging music programs during a time when many school budgets are being cut. Already, Save The Music has provided more than $45 million in new instruments to 1,700 public schools, impacting the lives of over 1.4 million children.
