A Night to be Young is a community involved senior adult dance. The senior adults of Yuma will all gather at the Cooper Hills House on Frontage road. It will be a night of fun and memories. Students in Future Business Leaders of America from Yuma High School will help host the event. There will be dancing, a Prom Committee, and even games. It’s a night for the senior adults to reminisce on their own high school prom.

Starting in 2007, Salisbury Korean United Methodist Church started building a new church. We used to rent a church inside the downtown for worships and praises. The neighborhood was very dangerous; some threw rocks at the door window and played jokes on people’s cars. The children, their parents, and the rest who attend the church were terrified. Then our pastor came up with an idea of building a new church. Everybody said it was impossible because we didn’t have enough money to buy the land and to build the church. With our prayers to God, He made all this work.

With a warm welcoming hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Britni Nawrocki Gardner, I am an inspired young adult with visions of being a community based entrepreneur at a current age 20 years old, I am in process of outseeking the appropriate college, and have been a hardworking community leader in the central Florida region since I began to understand the concept of reality, I love to read and write and gain knowlege every waking moment.

We will be planning the first meeting. Invitations will be handed out among friends to discuss plans for the end of year and the beginning of next year.
