I believe that student involvement within there school environment interacting with peers like themselves is of better good.

It is my intention to implement a program where students who are deemed by teachers and administration. As having good moral values and a sense of high standards can impact another peer’s future. By counseling those students both academically and morally. This program will tend to the needs of students who the administration sense the need to improve there school life or of a student who desires to be apart of the program. This program is rather new, however, i plan on making it a traditional foundation within my school.

Being apart of the student body interacting with other peer’s on a daily basis, I see where certain students will be the leaders of this group and where others will want the inspiration. Many students believe that all there is now in life is the carefreeness of drugs, sex, and lies. This is where my help will relate to my peers to show them that there is light beyond what society's media as influenced them in believing. I will implement this program and start to inspire a change within my school. To unite the student body and hopefully form a less tension-free zone. From Elementary to High School I hope to make a difference in my school.

The Big Brothers Big Sisters is an organization that I greatly enjoy working for. I have always been close with my younger brother, and I absolutely love to work with kids. For this reason, I was interested in joining the Big Brothers Big Sisters. When it came to my attention that this organization was not available to high school students in Northern New Jersey, I worked relentlessly with the administration at my high school and with the Big Brothers Big Sisters to ensure that our students have an opportunity to be involved with this wonderful organization. Along with organizing this effort, I am the proud Big Sister of a fourth-grader named Raymond, with whom I am growing closer every day.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winslow, AZ. We are a non-profit organization that reaches out to elementary school students in our community. I am not the leader of this organization. That is Krista. She is very caring and we wouldn't have come so far without her. I am one of the high school students in the program. Find a Big Brothers Big Sisters in your community and START HELPING.
