So.
At the age of 15 and a half, I have almost no idea what to do. I know that I can get my permit, but how? Is the driving age really changed to 18 now? Can I drive my sister to school with a permit? a license? special parent permission? How do I get my permit? Should I take online classes or are in-class lessons better? Once I have my permit, what are the rules?
In other words: HELP!

If Do Something allowed its employees to apply for these grants, I would definitely start a designated driving service. The biggest expenses would probably be the gas and cell service for the number, I could probably get enough volunteer drivers to cover fridays & saturdays. More people would use the service if it offered to drive your car back for you -this would require two drivers to be on hand.

I think Drunk driving is the #1 killer for teen drivers, so no matter what I would find a way to do something about DWI.

I don't think that it's fair to raise the age on driving. Yes, kids who start driving do have mistakes and may wreck, but mistakes happen and all you can do is learn from the mistakes. I totally disagree with anybody who wants to raise the driving age from 16 to 17, that's dumb!!! ###Edited for legibility, wording preserved###
