This plan involves the construction of a circuit fitness trail at the Rappahannock County Park in Washington, Virginia. It's a small town with very few options for fitness. The trail will consist of six fitness stations, each with a sign which explains how to conduct the exercise properly. |

Get Moving/Get Healthy with Food and Fitness Ambassadors |
This project takes a teens teaching youth approach to spreading the word about healthy lifestyles. Through the use of the NJ 4-H Get Moving/Get Healthy program, teens in a local high school will be trained to teach fun, hands-on lessons that focus healthy lifestyles. These teens will then go into 4th grade classrooms in elementary schools to teach these lessons to students. |

This passionate varsity basketball coach wishes to provide inner-city school-age athletes with nutritious food to give them energy to get through their busy schedules. Many of her students are minorities living below the poverty line being raised by a single parent. With out her assistance they may have nothing more to eat than a bag of chips. |
