smart drivers = a happier living environment

There are so many teenage drivers out there who have their own cars, there needs to be an educational class that everyone not just teens has to go to before they are permitted to have a liscense. An eduacational program about the dangers of not paying attention to the road while driving or going at exceptionaly fast speeds.  I personaly have lost a couple really good friends to car accidents that could have been prevented if they and the other driver would have been paying attention to the road. alot of people may not agree with this but when there are other kids in the car with teenage drivers peer preasure most definitly takes place. If the driver is trying to impress a certain girl or guy they might do something stupid and get themselves killed. I believe that there should be a program with imformation about the dangers of not paying attention to the road at all times and how cell phones and makeup can wait.
