Flower Garden and Bird Watching Area

I am planning on doing a service project for a local center called Saint Joseph's Center. It is a place where mentally and physically challenged children live and recieve the services they need to be as healthy and as happy as they could be. St. Joseph's also provides maternity and adoption services to the community. St. Joseph's also provides outpatient care to both children and adults. My brother has a form of autism called Asperger's Syndrome. He has recieved outpatient treatment from St. Joseph's. My brother loves to look and flowers and watch birds. I want to make a garden for the center with perennial flowers and bird houses and feeders so that the residents of St. Joseph's will have a beautiful garden of flowers and birds to look at and enjoy and bring happiness into their lives! I do not have any photos of my project as it is not yet started. I am looking for funding options to help me accomplish my goal as my scout group does not have the funds to go ahead with this project on our own. St. Joseph's is not funding it since it is my gift to them!
