Teen Driving

I want to creat some sort of fund, with donations for car dealerships, car insurace companies and other companies that agree with this cause. The purpose and the money would go to programs for teens to learn how to properly drive. Not everyone can afford drivers school, and alot of their parents are too busy to teach them the proper tactics to drive safely. You can't just warn teens about the dangers of driving and tell them to be safe, you have to actually teach them the skills to know how to drive safe. Without that skill, all the awarness and laws being formed are useless. I'm not sure if this makes sence or if anyone agrees, it'd be nice to get feedback from people, and also help on how to actually get this started.
