Street Team, Bright Sheep Records

As the head of Street Team, my main enjoyable objective is to get people with in the community interested in coming to live showcases and spread the bands art of music. The point of our showcases are to show off bands that are local and regional. However, as simple as that may sound an intersting work load comes with it. An important factor is personally sending each person on our email list information about there requested band or showcase. Also, going around the community (neighborhoods, schools, & businesses etc.) to recruit new people who are interested in our showcases and to be apart of. I am always looking for new people who are interested in volunteering for the street team. Frequently updating each bands street team website and the record label's street team website. Most importantly, I enjoy volunteering as the Street Team Coordinator because I am able to learn great habits for future and present needs. The Street Team teaches me entrapenourness, self-confidence, networking, business management, employee (volunteer) management and familiar with the music industry. In the end I aspire to become a sucessful movie Director / Producer and CEO of my future company; and I believe being apart of the Street Team will help me gain important knowledge needed to full fill my aspiration.
