Visionary Leaders Foundation

The Visionary Leaders Foundation plans to become a non- for- profit organization that has committed itself to empowering and evolving the next generation of young entrepreneurs. Through different fundraisers and with the help of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (N.F.T.E) and The Illinois Institute For Entrepreneurship Education (I.I.E.E.) the Visionary Leaders Foundation plans to bring awareness to young teenagers especially in the South Shore and Chatham communities of Chicago, on how entrepreneurship can change their lives. The Visionary Leaders Foundation realized the dropout rate in Chicago increased quickly and needed to stop. With this problem, V.L.F has started tutoring high school students in the areas of money management, investing, and entrepreneurship education, hoping that these programs would keep them off the streets and in school improving in their core classes. The Visionary Leaders Foundation’s number one goal is to start a domino effect and bring forth the next young trendsetters that can make a positive change in their community and encourage other low-income minority students to invest their time into education especially entrepreneurship.
