ADOPTING HEALTHY HABITS
Everyone’s life is important, and every individual should take care of his or herself. The following are tips of how to stay fit,
TIPS OF EXERCISING
• Take stairs instead of elevator.
• Walk while doing your work
• Ride a stationary bike while you watch TV.
• Walk around the block while in break.
TIPS OF EATING
• Make sure you eat fruit during every meal.
• Add salads to your meal.
• Add vegetables to your sources and meat.
• Eat whole grain most of the time.
• Be fond of eating non fat foods. For example non fat dairy products.
• Make sure you read food labels to be familiar with the fat intake, and even correct amount of calories.
• Cook healthy foods and monitor the salt intake because it raises the amount of cholesterol which is unhealthy in the body.
STRESS MANAGEMENT.
• Get one hour each week to relax.
• Go watch a movie sometimes.
• Do something you enjoy, for instance dance, prepare room, e.t.c
• Sometimes listen to the soft music.
• Maintain a regular sleep hours so that you feel refreshed the next morning.
• If you can’t sleep, get up and do something then return to bed if you are tired.
• Lastly avoid caffeine, too much alcohol, and tobacco.
