I just know some great ways to improve health because i used to weigh about 275 lbs. My name is Seth Sisneros i graduated in 2007, in 9th grade i was at the topmost of my weight. I was really unhappy and had few friends, i wasnt active in sports and i finally realized that i wasnt healthy. The summer after my ninth grade year i began to run, i lost about 20 lbs a month for the first month then about 10-20 lbs after that for about 4 months total. I lost my weight by running about 2-3 miles a day. One great way i have learned is that by running in the morning when you wake up you start your metabolism. When i woke up a ran a mile on the tredmill before school and before i took a shower. This would get me motivated throughout the day and get my heart raising so that my body burned extra calories. Another method i used was to eat 5-6 small meals a day , enough to continuously keep your body running, or producing heat which burns calories. While losing this weight a person MUST lift weights or some form of strength excercise. Such as pushups and situps to tighten your skin and tone your body. THis helps reduce lose or saggy skin, after losing about 80 lbs i have no saggy skin. By working out your muscles you build muscle mass which in turn burns more weight so by running about 2-3 miles a day, eating maybe a banana for breakfast, apple for lunch, maybe a protien bar for a lunch snack , and a small salad with a little meat for dinner, you can lose weight very faast and easily. THis is also healthy because you arent decreasing the amount of nutrients in your body your just changing the intervals so that the food isnt stored, its being used up! You must also drink nothing but water, by doing this it will help eleminate excess bodily fluid and calories from your body. I found that my method is extremely healthy, and effective.
