Meet Limo Ride Winner Stephanie

Hey guys, it's Alyssa and Sydney here.

We're proud to introduce the first Prom Limo Ride Winner as part of our campaign. Stephanie is from Souderton, Pennsylvania and ran a drive called Cinderela Project Clothing Collection. She collected an amazing 580 dresses as part of Prom for All.

We asked Steph about the details behind her drive, and she was happy to gush.

DoSomething.org: What made you want to do this dress drive?

Stephanie: Our student council hosts a prom fashion show every year. Me, and my classmates, started to discuss ways that we could possibly team up with another club/organization, and with that we decided to host a dress drive.

DS.org: What was the most challenging part of the drive?

S: Keeping up with all of it. We didn't really expect to see such a large amount of dresses...being donated. After the news clip was released, we had clothing items pour in.

DS.org: What is your advice for young people who want to host a dress drive?

S: Get as much help as possible. If you market this even enough and tell people what you want, items could start flowing in left and right. The more help you get, the more sanity you will have at the end of the day!

Ready to get your ride on like Stephanie? Participate in a prom dress collective drive and you'll be eligible to win a limo night with your friends.
