The event was a high-energy mix of pop culture, entertainment, music and activism celebrating young philanthropists, celebrities and organizations that have made a commitment to social change, The show included performances by Natasha Bedingfield and Lifehouse. Megan Fox made an appearance at the 2010 VH1 Do Something Awards held at the Hollywood Palladium last night. Fox introduced one of the five finalists of the evening, which was devoted to honoring folks -- famous and not -- who work for social change. The night concluded with Jessica Posner named grand prize winner. She received $100,000.
