"This campaign is important to me because I grew up with anxiety. Anxiety attacks happened frequently, even when it was something minor like misplacing a dvd that I knew would get me into trouble once someone found out. I have done a research paper on the different types of anxiety and given a speech on it in class, the report bringing me to tears because it is hard to cope with anxiety and nobody should have to go through it as much as people with an anxiety disorder do. I believe in this campaign because it sends information regarding how to handle it, the texts being interactive and supportive towards one's hardships with anxiety. I know that I never really got the support I needed to deal with mine, so having this program give beneficial tips to those who need it really made me want to share this with people that I know need help controlling it. Anxiety interlaces with depression, so the more help someone gets, the easier it will be to believe life is worth living. Thank you."
