I am a student who has always thought big of myself. I have completed all of the required courses and am now in college. My plans are to finish college majoring in business/accounting and hopefully go for my masters. With my business degree I want to own several companies in the field of fashion as well as community work to help the less fortunate. All of this would be nice but it seems like the more someone gets ahead in school, one gets pushed back because of the funds or the lack of ability to pay for books that were needed for a particular course. This is my situation. I am about 2 or 3 hours away from being a sophomore and take education seriously. I am not the type that just has things handed to them. I have worked hard to get where I am today but it gets harder each day. I struggle to come up with funds to take care of my tuition but am aware of the many scholarships that aren't rewarded each year because people don't apply for them. But I on the other hand am reaching out to you all and asking for a hand in my education. No one can accomplish their goals on their own. Eventually one will have to get assistance. I just want to thank each and every one of you for your time and hope and pray that you find it in yourselves to see that I am the person for this scholarship. Yes I have made some mistakes but everyone does in order to learn from them. Thank you for your time.
