The youth of Germantown are in desperate need of direction. They need somewhere to go to have recreation, participation in projects, and other kids to interact. There needs to be hotspot for kids to be able to meet up safely. There needs to be a place where parents don't have to worry about where their kids are at and what they are doing. There needs to be community support for the youth whom wander aimlessy, bored, and easily led to trouble. A youth center can guide kids and fill the void of nothing to do with projects and parties that are supervised by responsible adults. There needs to be a change in this community, and a youth center is a good place to start.
